This machine is a sanding machine specifically designed for metal surface finishing. It is capable of removing burrs and oxide scale from laser-cut or cut metal sheets, chamfering cut edges, and producing a brushed surface finish on stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, and other metal materials.

◆ The first working unit is a sanding roller (diameter 190mm), complete with sanding belt tension unit; electronic oscillation ; dust hoods; safety systems.
◆ Roller is rubber and helicoidal grooves for cooling.
◆ Roller hardness is shore 75.
◆ Belt size is : 1030*2200mm.
THE SECOND WORKING UNIT:
◆ The second working unit is a sanding roller (diameter 190mm). complete with sanding belt tension unit; electronic oscillation ; dust hoods; safety systems.
◆ Roller is rubber and helicoidal grooves for cooling.
◆ Roller hardness shore 55.
◆ Belt size is : 1030*2200mm.
THE THIRD WORKING UNIT:
◆ The third working unit is a brush roller station, combined 8 pcs abrasive brushes. The abrasive brush rollers perform a planetary motion, revolving around a central axis while simultaneously rotating about it’s own axis.
◆ The abrasive brushes are mainly for edge chamfering.
◆ Abrasive brush roller diameter: 300mm
◆ Abrasive strips are easy to replace.
