GIANTWAY piano sander with electromagnetic sanding pad (ESP) system, is an essential equipment for making high gloss board, also is preferred equipment for veneer sanding and sealer sanding on high class furniture, such as high class wooden doors, cabinets.
The working pieces shape and size are detected precisely, the controller processes the contour data quickly and gives accurate pressure data to the ESP system, which gives required press to each segment of the pressure beam. The mechanical detecting system is with good stability, is unacted by the working pieces color. This detecting system combined with the ESP system ensures the entire surface of the working pieces gets uniform sanding, no less sanding, no over sanding, no sanding marks.
GSM series sander is with constant passline, the working table is fixed, is suitable for production line. The working units move up or down. The lifting system is with ball screws, lift precisely and no vibration, the lifting tolerance is within 0.01mm.
Modular production is on the GSM series sander, the customers can choose the different modular according to their need. Modular production give the customers variable sanding application and sanding function.
