Today, we would like to present an overview of our Combination Sander, a versatile sanding and polishing machine specially designed for cabinets, wooden doors, and other uneven or profiled wooden components.
This combination sander is equipped with four working units, each designed for a specific sanding or polishing task.
The first working unit is a rubber sanding roller with a diameter of 320 mm and Shore 26 hardness. It is equipped with a complete tension system, oscillation system, safety system, and dust collection system. The inverter-controlled motor allows variable sanding speed, making this unit ideal for veneer panels and sealer-coated surfaces.
The second working unit has a similar structure but features a softer rubber roller with Shore 22 hardness, providing finer sanding performance and better surface conformity.
The third working unit is a brush sanding head equipped with two longitudinal brushes and an independent dust collection system. The brushes rotate and oscillate during operation, with speed and frequency controlled by inverters. This unit is mainly used for polishing raised and uneven surfaces.
The fourth working unit shares the same structure and function as the third unit, further improving polishing efficiency and surface consistency.
At the front of the machine, a movable touch screen control panel allows operators to easily switch each working unit on or off and set the desired rotational speed based on different processing requirements.
