Giantway Electromagnetic Piano Sander – GSM Series

Hello guys, we are Giantway, a sanding machine manufacturer and sanding solution supplier. Today, we would like to introduce our electromagnetic piano sander to you. When we say “piano sander”, it does not mean this machine is for sanding musical pianos. It refers to the action of segmented sanding pads which move like piano keys up and down, which is why we call it a piano sander.

Applications

The electromagnetic piano sander is specially designed for high-gloss panels, high-class veneer surfaces, and is also suitable for WPC panels, plywood panels, high-class wooden doors, cabinets, or other costly furniture.

GSM Series – Constant Passline Design

The GSM series sander features a constant passline, with a fixed working table, suitable for production lines. The working units move up or down. The lifting system uses ball screws, providing precise lifting with no vibration. The lifting tolerance is within 0.02mm.

Modular Production

The GSM series supports modular production. Customers can select different modules according to their production needs. Modular production allows variable sanding applications and multiple sanding functions.

Working Unit – Cross Belt Sanding

We provide cross belt working units. Cross sanding is a world-recognized method to achieve the best sanding finish. Cross sanding means the sanding direction is crosswise to the grain direction. This levels the higher areas and harder areas of the annual rings, and shears off loose fibers, preventing them from rising after lacquering.

The cross belt must be equipped with an inner chevron belt. During operation, the sanding contact surface is large, and the segmented inner chevron belt reduces contact time and extracts dust in time.
