Overview of QSG650R-RA

Today, we would like to introduce our wide belt sander QSG650R-RA. The Q series wide belt sander is a precision sanding machine, recognized as one of the most popular types for high-precision sanding.

Machine Frame and Working Units

The machine frame is welded from steel tubes, providing excellent stability during operation. This machine is configured with two working units.

First working unit: steel roller for calibrating, complete with tension system, oscillating system, safety system, and dust collecting system.
Second working unit: rubber roller, roller hardness Shore 70. Structure is nearly identical to the first working unit. Both rollers use eccentric shafts for micro-adjustment of roller position.

Each working unit is assembled with a 2200mm abrasive belt. Longer belts help with belt cooling and sanding finishing. Air jet blowers are installed to clean abrasive belts, extending belt life.

Triple Rollers Press System

Before and after each working unit, there is a triple rollers press system. This structure holds workpieces firmly on the conveyor belt, especially useful for feeding short pieces.

Electric Cabinet and Control Panel

Inside the electric cabinet, components are from international brands, such as ABB, Schneider, Delta, etc.

The machine front has a touch screen control panel. You can run or stop each working unit, preset programs, lift or lower the feeding table, and use the emergency stop button for safety.

Cleaning System
