The SGJ1300R-RB lacquer sander is specially designed for base lacquer and primer sanding on panel surfaces. With a fixed working table and floating sanding heads, the machine ensures a constant pass line, making it ideal for installation in painting lines.
This machine is equipped with two sanding working units. The first unit features a rubber sanding roller with a diameter of 320 mm and Shore 26 hardness, complete with tension, oscillation, safety, and dust collection systems. An eccentric shaft allows precise adjustment of the roller position.
The abrasive belt size is 2620 × 1330 mm, with variable speed controlled by an inverter. Belt oscillation is managed by a photoelectric sensor and air cylinder for stable tracking.
The second sanding unit has the same structure but uses a softer rubber roller with Shore 22 hardness, making it suitable for fine sanding and surface finishing.
Press rollers are installed at both the infeed and outfeed of each sanding unit. A combination of 70 mm and 40 mm press rollers ensures stable feeding, especially for short workpieces.
A cleaning brush and rotary blowers are installed at the rear of the machine to remove sanding dust from the panels. An additional bottom-mounted brush cleans the conveyor belt to prevent secondary contamination.
The front-mounted touch screen allows operators to turn each working unit on or off, set sanding roller speed, adjust feeding speed, and input workpiece thickness through one intuitive interface.
