The sanding machine frame is manufactured from heavy-duty steel tubes, precisely cut by laser cutting machines and welded using robotic welding systems. This process ensures strong, uniform welds and excellent structural stability.
After welding, Giantway performs a full-frame heat treatment process to release internal welding stress and improve overall rigidity. This step is essential for long-term machine stability and precision.
The reddish color visible on the steel surface is the result of annealing. Although it will not appear on the finished sanding machine, this process prevents deformation and ensures consistent sanding accuracy over time.
