Hello Friends,
We are Giantway, sanding machine manufacturer, sanding solution supplier. Today, I would like to introduce our machine frame to you. This frame is for our 1300mm planer sander, it is welded by channel steels and steel boards. Let’s measure the size to see how heavy duty it is. The channel steel size is 200mm * 70mm, and this steel board thickness is 30mm.
The welding job is by robot machine, not by hand work. You can see the welding joint is straight and uniform.
The steel board surface is well milled by cnc milling machine, the planeness tolerance is within 0.03mm.
