Today, we would like to introduce our 700mm wide belt sander SGJ700R-RPA, which is specially designed for sanding small working pieces, such as cabinet components, table legs, sofa frames, and similar parts.
This machine is equipped with multiple sanding units to ensure stable material removal and high-quality surface finishing.

The first working unit is a steel calibrating roller with a diameter of 190mm, complete with an oscillating system, safety protection system, and dust collection system. The steel roller is mainly used for rough sanding and thickness calibration. In most applications, an 80-grit abrasive belt is installed on this unit.
The steel roller is mounted with an eccentric shaft. By turning the eccentric shaft through the worm gearbox, the operator can easily and accurately adjust the roller position. This adjustment method is simple, reliable, and highly stable.
The third working unit is a combination head, consisting of a rubber roller and a sanding pad. The rubber roller has a diameter of 210mm and a hardness of Shore 55, which is suitable for fine sanding and surface leveling. The sanding pad beam adopts a dovetail design, allowing it to be easily pulled out or pushed in. The sanding pad position can be precisely adjusted up or down by turning the handwheel.
The belt tension system adopts a heavy-duty design. The tension roller diameter is 156mm, and the tension cylinder size is 63 × 56mm, ensuring stable belt tension and smooth belt oscillation during operation. The belt oscillation is controlled by Banner sensors made in the USA, which can work reliably even in dusty environments.
The machine is also equipped with a brushing unit, which is used to clean the panels after sanding and ensure a clean surface for the next processing step.
The feed table is welded with thick steel plates and steel tubes. The plate thickness is 16mm, and the steel tubes are densely arranged beneath the table to provide strong support. The table surface is finely machined on a CNC machining center to achieve a mirror-like finish. Combined with a high-quality rubber conveyor belt, this feed table ensures precise, stable, and smooth conveying of workpieces throughout the sanding process.
The machine structure is built with a heavy-duty frame.
