Giantway Wide Belt Sander QSG650R-RA

Hello, friends. We are Giantway, a sanding machine manufacturer and sanding solution supplier. We have been dedicated to sanding line solutions since 1997.

Today, we would like to introduce our wide belt sander QSG650R-RA. The Q series wide belt sander is a precision sanding machine and has been widely recognized as one of the most popular models for high-precision sanding applications.

Machine Frame and Working Units

The machine frame is welded with steel tubes, providing excellent stability during operation. This model is configured with two working units.

• First working unit: Steel roller mainly for calibrating,        complete with tension system, oscillating system, safety system, and dust collecting system.

• Second working unit: Rubber roller with Shore 70 hardness,        featuring a working structure similar to the first unit.

Both rollers are equipped with eccentric shafts for precise micro-adjustment. Each working unit is assembled with a 2200mm abrasive belt. The longer belt length improves belt cooling and sanding quality. Air jet blowers are installed to clean the abrasive belts and extend belt life.

Triple Rollers Press System

Before and after each working unit, the machine is equipped with a triple rollers press system. This structure holds workpieces firmly on the conveyor belt and is especially suitable for feeding short panels.

Electrical System and Control Panel

Inside the electric cabinet, all electrical components are from international brands such as ABB, Schneider, and Delta, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

At the front of the machine, a touch screen control panel allows operators to easily start or stop each working unit and preset sanding programs. The feeding table can be lifted or lowered using dedicated buttons, and an emergency stop button is provided for safety.

Cleaning System

At the rear of the machine, a cleaning system is installed. A cleaning brush inside the cover removes sanding dust from the workpieces after sanding, ensuring a clean surface for subsequent processing.
