Heavy Duty Planer Sander for Large Stock Removal

Planer Sander BSG700K-R-RP is a heavy-duty sanding machine specially designed for large stock removal applications. In a single pass, it can remove 1 mm or more of material efficiently. This machine is ideal for glued panels, solid wood panels, bamboo boards, and other workpieces requiring aggressive calibration.

Three-Unit Planing and Sanding Configuration

This planer sander is equipped with three working units. The first unit is a planer knife head for heavy cutting. The second unit is a steel calibrating roller for rough sanding. The third unit is a combination head consisting of a rubber roller and sanding pad for finishing sanding.

This configuration allows both planing and sanding to be completed efficiently in one production process.

Stable Feeding and Reliable Safety System

The Giantway planer sander is equipped with reliable safety and pressing systems positioned before and after the working units. In front of the planer head, anti-kickback fingers, one-direction press rollers, and segmented press shoes are installed to ensure smooth feeding and consistent sanding quality.

  Planer carbide Knives spiral 9 lines along the planer head, for big stock removal cutting.

  Anti- back press system complete with segmented chip breakers, double press rollers and anti-back fingers to prevent working pieces kick back.

  Helical Bevel Gear Reducer integrated inverter motor, durable, smooth and steady.

• 

  Feed table is built in steel with tolerance of planarity within 0.03mm; table surface fine-grinded to avoid wear of the internal side of the feed belt; the steel table is through heat treatment.

• 

  All working rollers must be inspected by dynamic balance detector.

• 

  Machine Frame is after heat treatment, welded by robot and processed by CNC equipment.
