This veneer sander GSM1350R-RPA is our innovation on veneer board sanding, It is a necessary equipment for making advanced customization furniture, also is good options for door factories, cabinet factories, and other furniture factories. After the veneer sanding, the products would go to painting line directly.
The machine has two working unit, the first working unit is a diameter 320mm rubber roller, hardness is shore 55. The abrasive belt speed is controlled by inverter, variable at 0 - 20m /min, abrasive belt size is 1380*2620mm. The working roller has anti dubbing function to prevent edges over sand.
The second working unit is a combination of rubber roller and pad, rubber roller diameter is 180mm, hardness is shore 45. The abrasive belt speed is controlled by inverter, variable at 0 - 16m /min, abrasive belt size is 1380*2620mm. The working roller has anti dubbing function to prevent edges over sand.
