BDG700K-R-RPA Heavy Duty Planer Sander for High Stock Removal

The Planer Sander BDG700K-R-RPA is a heavy-duty sanding machine designed for high stock removal and precision surface finishing. It is suitable for glued panels, solid wood boards, bamboo boards, and other workpieces requiring both planing and sanding.

Three Working Units Configuration

This machine is equipped with three working units: a planer (knife) head for heavy cutting, a steel calibrating roller for rough sanding, and a combination head with a rubber roller and sanding pad for fine surface finishing.

Stable Feeding & Safety Design

For consistent processing quality and smooth feeding, the BDG700K-R-RPA is equipped with safety devices including anti-kickback fingers, one-direction press rollers, and segmented press shoes, especially in front of the planer unit.

  Feed table is built in steel with tolerance of planarity within 0.03mm; table surface fine-grinded to avoid wear of the internal side of the feed belt; the steel table is through heat treatment.

  Machine Frame is after heat treatment, welded by robot and processed by CNC equipment.
